group tickets – 7 zł per person (for groups of 8 or more)
reduced group tickets* – 3.50 zł per person (for 8+ people)
family – 15 zł (1 adult + up to 5 children)

*guided tours of groups (from 8 people) after prior telephone arrangement

*Reduced fee tickets are available to: pensioners, pupils, and students

*Free admission is available to: children up to 7 years of age, students of the arts and related fields, journalists, people over 70 years of age, Distinguished Cultural Activists, Gloria Artis Men of Merit to Culture or those appropriately decorated, employees of galleries and museums on the basis of employee ID cards, city guides during tours.

The gallery does not have a parking area. The nearest parking spots are located at ul. Jodłowa and along ul. Uniwersytecka. Additionally, there are paid parking lots nearby: Hala Targowa, Nowy Targ Square, Galeria Dominikańska and Panorama Racławicka.
