How to drive

Opening
How to drive Documentation

Tonight we open the exhibition “How to drive” by Greek artist Katerina Moschou, the theme of which focuses on the interaction between the body and the environment, as well as the body and parts of the car. Katerina’s photographs look at the mechanical processes of driving a car, all the ritual activities and nuances accompanying driving a car. The movement of her body, which she carefully observed, creates a kind of choreography, a dance between man and machine. In turn, the objects collected at the exhibition, in a form reminiscent of sketches of car prototypes, also refer to corporeality and tangibility and are an extension of the concept that the artist presented for the first time in the book, which was the beginning of this personal story about the automotive industry.

The vernissage will start at 8:30pm, and after the official part, the guests will be accompanied by a set by DJ Pstyk.

The exhibition was created under the auspices of the Embassy of the Hellenic Republic in Warsaw and in partnership with Mood Scent Bar.
